Overview

Quad Agafay Desert invites you to live an adventure of a two-day quad raid in Atlas Lac lala Takerkoust – Amzmiz – Marrakech.

Day 1

Meet at 9 a.m. at your accommodation, then transfer to our base at Lake Lalla Takerkoust, 29 km from Marrakech. After equipment handover and an introduction to quad or buggy handling, you’ll set off for a day of discovery of the Atlas foothills. You’ll climb the Kick Plateau on mountain trails, through Eucalyptus forests and on to the famous village of Moulay Ibrahim.

In the afternoon, you join the superb forested valley dotted with Berber villages glowing red as it winds its way into the High Atlas.

Stop on the “Plateau” for an extraordinary panorama of the 7 km-long Lalla Takerkoust artificial lake, whose blue waters stretch to the foot of the Atlas Mountains.

Dinner and overnight stay at a charming lakeside inn, “Les Terrasses Du Lac”.

Day 2

After breakfast, resume the quad & buggy raid, passing the Maghira salt flats, climbing the Tizi Ouzla pass and crossing the Oued N’fis to the Amizmiz valley.

In the early afternoon, return to the quads via winding tracks that take you directly into the Agafay desert, with its arid hills resembling Saharan dunes, towards the departure base.

Handover of equipment and quads to our team. Transfer back to your accommodation in Marrakech.
